Job DescriptionThis position offers advancement opportunities, where the right candidate will be trained for increasing responsibilities. The Sales & Marketing Representative role's main responsibility is to nurture existing long-term domestic and international customers as well as establishing new business relationships through warm leads by providing a friendly, professional and technically strong customer experience to that builds customer loyalty. This position performs a pivotal role in facilitating the company's current and future growth. This position works closely with the Business Developer, Engineer and Production Manager in support of client relations. Superior communication, follow up skills, and attention to detail are essential. Successful candidates will be able to build trust and rapport with our clients and possess a persistent, go-getter attitude that is not easily discouraged and is a champion for follow-up. ResponsibilitiesPerform day to day sales, marketing, and campaign management activitiesMake regular sales development contact with assigned existing customers and prospects to cultivate and maintain strong value add relationshipsMonitor weekly sales and interpret monthly results to identify additional opportunitiesImplement selling tactics that focus on delivering the desired financial results to distributionSupport and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activitiesCommunicate in a cooperative and professional manner with all peers, customers and managementDevelop primary knowledge of the market place (users, applications, products, competition, and channels) to effectively analyze market potential and communicate competitor market dataHelps the company strategically grow by establishing strong business relationships with customers through solid business development activities, using consultative selling techniques, encouraging repeat business and implementing a customer call programsDevelops a deep understanding of customer needs, goals, organization structure, decision-making processes and pain-points. Assists in the identification efforts of new prospective companies, industries and applications of our productsMaintains the CRM database. Records new entries by entering names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospects contacted, determines the validity of duplicate or incorrect records, merging and or correcting as appropriateDelivers scripts that describe our products and service in order to persuade potential customers to test our unique value propositionQualifies incoming calls and inquiries, to evaluate customer's needsProvide accurate and rapid design assistance and quotationsProcess customer orders and generate sales ordersSupports Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableHandles customer service related issues involving accounts and or vendorsPerform other related duties as assignedThis postion has no supervisory responsibilitiesWorks under immediate supervision, and reports to a manager
