Optimum Spring produces straightened and cut wires to your specific length. Services include straightening and cutting of most types of round wire and
shaped wire in uniform, consistent and straight lengths. We can straighten and cut any of our wire in stock, as well as straighten and cut wire that
you already own.
Our Straight and Cut Wire capabilities:
- Round wire diameter: .005" to .750"
- Length: from under 1" to over 200 feet
- Shapes: round, flat and shaped
- Material: Aluminum, Bright Basic, Brass, Copper Alloy, Elgiloy, Hard Drawn, Nickel Alloy, Monel, Inconel, Stainless Steel and Steel
- Our standard straightened & cut end finish is sheared with minimum burr. Deburring processes and Chamfered ends finish are available upon request.
